High School Transcripts for Graduates
Please fill out the Google Form below in order to request a transcript (for past graduates only).
Submitted transcript requests will begin upon receipt of submitted form.
***The quickest method for sending official transcripts is by email (preferred method)***
Most institutions accept emailed copies of transcripts if coming directly from the school.
Please allow 2-3 business days for a transcript to be processed.
